 Some of the progress.......

The corner of the hallway that my brother and Brian knocked out and angled. My brother's awesome idea! It made a HUGE difference!

We had a hard time figuring out what to do with this room after knocking a wall out. We decided to do a pony wall and soffit. It's going to look awesome with the light illuminating off the ceiling!

Kitchen wall knocked out... BAM! opened it up a lot!

Rooms all textured, sanded, and primered. Ready for can lights and paint!

Closet was moved to the opposite side to accommodate the master bath shower on the other side!

Office door widened to put in some nice french doors and really open it up.

Who knew picking out floors would be so overwhelming! So many colors, finishes, styles, and prices! After a week and a half of picking up samples, comparing them, putting them in different lights, blah blah, we agreed on one!

It already looks sooooo much better!!!! Brian has been working his a$$ off! Working 40 hours at his regular job then going straight to the house and working until sometimes 10pm, and right back there all weekend. We love him soo much!

Now we're getting to the fun stuff, picking out floors and paint colors!!

Gettin' Down & Dirty!

Ah yeah, it's demo time!!!! Here are a few pics of the first 3 weeks. A whole lotta knocking things down, tearing things apart, dump runs, and cleaning mass amounts of nicotine tar ciggy funk off of EVERYTHING! We are so thankful for everyone that has given their time to help us, we truly appreciate it!

Helping daddy close up one of the two closets in the master and make the bathroom bigger.

Mary Ann helping clean the gunk off the windows. All the windows in the house were yellow/brown with drips of tar from smoking in the house. Yucko!!!! We went through 3 bottles of Zep (which is the miracle juice) just cleaning the windows in the house! They look good as new!

Painting primer on the Master walls and floors, it already looks 20 times better! Brian thinks it's funny to take a pic with my gas mask on, I think it's horrendous......we'll just leave this pic small.

Got Wood? Jeffrey L. helpin' out.

This was one of the small closets in the master that got knocked out to make the bathroom bigger. Don't worry cause we made the other closet a walk in (duh!)

Good ol' popcorn ceiling! Buh bye.

Brian opening up the doors to the soon to be office and making them french doors, gonna look awesome! Thanks mom for the idea.

My Brother and Chuck moving the closet around in the hall room to make changes in the master bath.

Alex doing our Old World texture! Can't wait to see the final product!

Elizabeth helping primer. She loves having her pic taken! Ha!

Sorry folks! Our lovely Mural is gone. I know it would of made a great photo backdrop but Elizabeth couldn't contain herself.

Thanks guys for all your help! P.S. Greggy was here too but he was probably in the attic doing electrical.
